think one of my favorite hidden neighborhoods in all Orange County is China Cove. I remember the first time I toured a home in China Cove over 20 years ago; I pulled up to the tiny street and thought, “I don’t know if I should drive down here”, which, really if you don’t have parking you shouldn’t.
With only 37 homes, some of which are small cottages from the 30s and some which are larger and have been rebuilt, they have some of the best views of the Harbor and the Jetty.
Recently, a few front row properties have come on the market, some of which are side-by-side and create and opportunity to create a larger legacy property.
