Before we find you the perfect home, we need to figure out what you're looking for. In this meeting, we'll narrow down what you want and need in a home.

Our team will send you listings (and send them fast) as soon as a home becomes available that fits your criteria, or quite possibly one that is off-market or a pocket listing from our connections. From there, we'll schedule viewings and check out the homes that you're most interested in, in person. When you know, you know. So when you're ready, we'll make an offer.

As you know, there's a few possibilities after you submit an offer. The seller could counter-offer, accept, or reject your offer. We'll walk you through every possibility ahead of time. If your offer gets accepted, the next steps will be the appraisal and inspection. Then, pop the champagne - you got yourself a home!
