Sometimes we climb mountains- or in my case, stairs. As I recently wrote in my September newsletter, summer was quieter than recent summers, due to rising rates and the upcoming election. But here’s the good news—rates have just hit their lowest level in over a year. The Federal Reserve is expected to lower rates for the first time in four years, thanks to cooling inflation. So my outlook on the market, with our ‘boots on the ground’, is that the market has picked up in the last few weeks.
