I see so many people hire a new and inexperienced agent because they want to save on commission. But if you look at the NFL draft, they want to win. They want their franchise to make the most money, have the most fans and make their franchise bigger than the last.
How do they do that? Paying for the best talent. So I challenge you when looking at your biggest asset, to not hire because someone will do it for less; hire them because they know how to win and bring you the most money for your home.
