Maritza helped us relocate to Southern California during this crazy housing market, plus a global pandemic. From beginning to end it was a smooth process. When we first met, she brought comps and a proposal for what we should list for, how the market is currently, and all the details around how the process would go.

So I listed my townhouse with Racquel in February with a tenant occupying the home.
