My clients came to me and asked me to find their dream home, The One as they called it. Being avid boaters they had special requests, it had to be a Bayfront home with just the right view and had to have the right dock size for their boat. After numerous years searching for The One, they zeroed in on Linda Isle, an island comprised of 108 homes.
Finding the perfect home would not be easy given its low inventory and high demand. Shortly after showing them a property a few houses down, I noticed a staging truck, a truck that moves in furniture to a vacant home to prep for its impending sale. With some serious perseverance, I was able to get my clients into the property within 10 minutes before the movers even had time to unload the furniture.
After competing offers, a short close, and much more, I delivered The One to my clients. Their excitement and smiles on their faces reinstated how much I love my job, and how grateful I am to work with such amazing clients.
