During the height of COVID, we faced one of our most dramatic real estate challenges yet. A buyer, gripped by fear that the world was ending, backed out of escrow on a client’s home the very week we were supposed to close. With our seller’s next home on the line, the pressure was on.
Jen and I didn’t let this setback deter us. We put our heads down, strategized, picked up the phone, dialed for hours, and worked harder than ever before. Thanks to our dedication and a little bit of real estate magic, we found a new buyer in just a matter of days.
