Today, a client sent me a "sold" listing in Dover Shores from March 2021 as a comparative sale to the home that they wanted to make an offer on.
My response was, "Zillow sucks and this is from March 2021, so the comp is outdated."
If you take just our appreciate since March, he number difference is huge. So how is the market?
