Being a member at The Balboa Bay Club, I had a dream of living in Bayshores for many years. We accomplished that dream and moved our family into this gated beach community in 2020. Although we decided it wasn’t a fit for us, many people love living here and the proximity that it has to the BBC with an extra bonus of being gated. I would argue there is no better view than from the bench at the swim beach dock in all of Newport.⠀
Bayshores has had many iconic past residents from John Wayne to Nicolas Cage; and if you don’t know the Nicolas Cage story, ask me next time you see me and I’ll tell you to you.⠀
My kids have jumped off the channel marker many times outside of John Wayne’s old house and Bayshores is an iconic place to live with many memories in this beach community.⠀
