Just wrapped up four days in Palm Beach with REALM Global; an elite network of 500 of the top real estate professionals in the world. I’ve been a founding member for almost five years, and what makes this group so special is the unmatched collaboration across brokerages and borders. From France, Portugal, London, Puerto Rico, and Mexico to Montana, Alabama, and Colorado; if you name the place, I know someone in the top 1% of 1% there.
Years ago, founder Julie Faupel said REALM is where leaders come to learn, and that’s exactly how it feels each time I attend. I always come back sharper, with new ideas on how to better position my clients in the luxury market through elevated service and innovative marketing.
This year was different, they introduced awards. Being nominated was a surprise. Winning Member of the Year for embodying the full spirit of REALM: leadership, generosity, and grace was surreal. I joked it must’ve been my kids over-voting, but was assured that wasn’t the case.
I’m grateful for the friendships, the growth, and the chance to celebrate with this trailblazing group. Thank you, Julie and Aaron, for everything you do. My heart is full, and now, back to work, smarter and more inspired than ever.
