The first buyer we had needed two extensions for closing and in the end, couldn’t get it to the finish line. So, we went back to the drawing board, reignited our marketing efforts, and opened up the property for other offers.
I contacted every single buyers agent who had shown interest before, and one of the agents said her clients were absolutely still interested. The right buyer saw the opportunity, and boom—CLOSED; only a few weeks behind our original closing date.
