I had the honor of conversing with Shoutout LA to discuss my business and how I've found success in supporting my client with their real estate needs.
Hi Annie, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Being consistent. In my business there is over an 80% failure rate. That is because people do not know how to wake up and consistently work, look for conversations and the hustle of the 7 days a week can be a grind for most. But when you are consisent, the days and weeks add up and although it takes a few years, success will follow.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Representing both Buyers and Sellers throughout Coastal Orange County, I’ve emerged as one of the top agents in the county, California, and nationwide. Recognized in the Top 1½ % of all agents in the nation and I am consistently ranked in the top 100 real estate agents in California and I bring over 20 years of experience to the local real estate scene.
As an Orange County native and longtime Newport Beach resident, I have extensive knowledge of Coastal Orange County neighborhoods. My connections within the community and with other agents give me first access to market insights and listings.
My passion for clients and real estate, whether selling or buying is that I commit to providing exceptional service. Beyond transactions, I aim to be a lifelong resource for my clients, offering guidance on all aspects of homeownership.
I’m deeply involved in the local community, serving as PTO President of Saint Joachim School and supporting organizations like Mariners Elementary, Newport Heights Elementary, CASA, and Project Hope Alliance.
My husband and I reside in Newport Heights with our three children. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying the community on my Duffy Boat, paddleboarding, practicing yoga, biking, or relaxing at the Balboa Bay Club.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If someone was visiting Newport, we would wake up and take a walk around Castaways, then head to C’est si Bon for coffee and a croissant. After, we would ride bikes down to Balboa Island and take the ferry across. We would ride the boardwalk and have a burger and a drink at Cassidy’s Bar. Then we might paddleboard off of the Balboa Bay Club beach for a ride around Lido. Finally, we would jump on my Duffy Boat that is docked at the Bayshores Marina for a sunset ride around the Bay, complete with charcuterie from A Market and a bottle of wine. We would dock the boat at either Cannery or Buddha’s Favorite for dinner. The perfect Newport Beach day.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family. They put up with the constant calls, texts and time that it takes away from them when working for my clients.
