With everything going on lately with our neighbors in Los Angeles, I thought now is the perfect time to share this heartfelt story. Recently, I saw a post on Instagram about someone I know looking at a rental that was absolutely disgusting, left in a terrible state by the previous owners. It reminded me of the importance of going the extra mile, whether it’s a sale or a lease, to ensure the place is spotless when handing over the keys.
One of my toughest sales? Walking my buyers into their new home on closing day, only to find it filthy, with a backyard full of dog mess. 😱 Cue the tears from my client and a frantic 911 call to my cleanup hero, Norma. Four hours and a dream team later, the house was transformed and spotless. A massive shoutout to Norma for saving the day! 🙌
