Andres Perez
Born and raised in Orange County, Andres Perez has always been driven to carve out a successful path for himself. At just 22 years old, he set out to find his true passion, which ultimately led him to a career in real estate with Compass. Andres believes that success is not given but earned through dedication and relentless effort. His commitment to the industry was solidified through the mentorship of esteemed real estate professionals Annie Clougherty and his sister, Maritza Bernard, who have guided him in mastering strategies that set him apart in the competitive market.
A graduate of Santa Margarita Catholic High School, Andres is currently pursuing a degree in Communication Studies at California State University, Fullerton, with plans to graduate in the fall of 2025. His studies have provided him with valuable insights into business and interpersonal communication, which he applies daily in helping clients find not just a house, but a home.
Known for his approachable and client-first mentality, Andres prioritizes building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless home-buying experience. Outside of real estate, Andres enjoys outdoor activities, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with loved ones. He is committed to maintaining both his physical and mental well-being, believing that peak performance in life and business requires a balanced lifestyle.
