Neda DeSigio grew up in beautiful West Lake Sammamish, in Bellevue, Washington. While she was still young, her family moved to Irvine, CA. There, Neda finished the rest of her schooling and continued on to obtain her BA, with an emphasis in International Business, from Chapman University. Neda began her career in real estate in 2001, starting in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Her strong work ethic and client-first mentality quickly propelled her to become a top performer, earning the trust of a loyal client base. As she gained experience, she recognized the value of expanding her expertise beyond lending and transitioned into the family real estate business. For nearly a decade, she played a vital role in handling loan facilitation, property acquisitions, lease agreements, and tenant management—both domestically and internationally. This diverse experience provided her with a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate transactions, making her highly skilled in guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Neda’s expertise in residential renovations gives her a unique edge in helping clients enhance their properties for future equity or resale value.
