Maritza is a total pro. We had a particularly complicated escrow for an off market listing that we were only able to see in the first place because of her relationships, and throughout the process Maritza worked diligently to address a host of issues, many of which were in danger of derailing the deal. She really knows her stuff, she's an empathetic tiger, calm and helpful under pressure, a total joy to work with, and a lovely human being. I suspect there are other agents who could have possibly helped us navigate such a messy escrow, but I doubt that any of them would have made it as easy as she did.
